The state of Virginia is offering an amnesty program for residents and businesses that are delinquent on their state taxes. If all goes to plan, the state hopes that this program will generate roughly $48 million. This would be a huge victory for a state that is facing difficult financial times. (more…)

The recovery rebate is simple to understand: if you did not receive the full stimulus payment in 2008 and your situation has changed, you may now be eligible to receive some or all of the unpaid money.
