InterSearch Group Sets Earlier Date for Conference Call to Discuss Second Quarter 2007 Results

On Tuesday, Aug 7th, InterSearch Group, Inc. (AMEX: IGO - News), a leading operator of premium, industry specific destination portals such as www.Banks.com, www.IRS.com and www.Look.com will announce its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007 after the close of the market. Following the release, during a conference call at 2:00 p.m. PDT (5:00 p.m. EDT), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dan O’Donnell, and Chief Financial Officer Gary Bogatay will discuss the second quarter performance and the outlook for the company. The call had previously been scheduled for August 14th.
