InterSearch Announces Appointment of Wall Street Veteran Jerry Callaghan as New Independent Director

InterSearch Group (OTCBB:IGPN - News), a leading provider of Internet search services and operator of industry specific destination portals, announced today that Jeremiah (Jerry) Callaghan has been appointed as an independent director to the Company Board of Directors, effective immediately. Callaghan will also serve on the Compensation and the Corporate Governance Committees of the Board.
Mr. Callaghan brings more than thirty-five years of business management experience to InterSearch Group’s Board of Directors. He previously served as Managing Director and Partner of Wall Street Access, a discount brokerage firm, and Managing Director of Lehman Brothers. Mr. Callaghan also served as President of the Securities Processing Group of Shearson Lehman Brothers, and as Senior Managing Director and General Partner at Bear Stearns. In addition, Mr. Callaghan served on the board of Directors for National Securities Clearing Corp. (NSCC) and Custodial Trust Company.
