InterSearch Group, Inc. Announces Listing on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB)

InterSearch Group, Inc. (OTCBB:IGPN - News), announced today that its common stock is eligible for trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB), effective as of August 31, 2006. InterSearch’s common stock was previously quoted on the Pink Sheets under the symbol "IGPN.PK." Investors may continue trading the Company’s common stock under its new ticker symbol "IGPN.OB."
