InterSearch Group Schedules Conference Call to Discuss Second Quarter 2006 Results

On Thursday, August 3rd, InterSearch Group, Inc. (OTC:IGPN - News), a leading provider of Internet search services and operator of industry specific destination portals, will announce its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006 after the close of the market. Following the release, during a conference call at 2:00 p.m. PST (5:00 p.m. EST), President and Chief Executive Officer, Dan O’Donnell, and Chief Financial Officer, Gary Bogatay, will discuss the second quarter performance and the outlook for the company.
