InterSearch Group Schedules Conference Call to Discuss Fiscal Year 2005 Results

On Thursday, March 30, InterSearch Group, Inc. (OTC:IGPN), a leading provider of Internet search services and operator of industry specific destination portals, will announce its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005 after the close of the market. Following the release, during a conference call at 2:00 p.m. PST (5:00 pm EST), President and Chief Executive Officer, Dan O’Donnell, and Chief Financial Officer, Gary Bogatay, will provide an overview of the firm’s 2005 financial performance and discuss the business and financial outlook.
