Dan O'Donnell
President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to becoming Chairman and CEO of Banks.com, Inc., Mr. O'Donnell focused on identifying emerging Internet opportunities and building world-class teams to develop and build these opportunities into sustainable businesses. A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. O'Donnell possesses a solid track record for starting and developing high value organizations. In previous endeavors, Mr. O'Donnell successfully built and managed Global Financial Services, Inc., a Financial and Professional Services firms that was subsequently acquired by iGate Corporation (NASDAQ: IGTE). He is also a co-founder of Walnut Ventures, now a Banks.com, Inc. company.
Gary Bogatay
Chief Financial Officer, Secretary & Treasurer
Mr. Bogatay is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 16 years of experience in senior financial management roles. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and has held senior financial positions at Guardian Protection Services, Career Education Corporation, as well as iGate Corporation, a publicly traded information technology and Internet consulting firm. At iGate, Mr. Bogatay served as Vice President of Finance for iGate's Financial Services subsidiary, Symphoni Interactive LLC.
Steve Ernst
Executive Vice President of Enterprise Architecture
Mr. Ernst has over fourteen years of systems engineering/architecture and professional experience. Formerly of Sterling Software, he has a solid history in designing practical and effective solutions that integrate the key stakeholders' technical and business goals and objectives. Prior to Banks.com, Inc., Mr. Ernst was a founder and principal in iCard Systems Inc., now an industry leader in the sale and distribution of cash cards.
Robert Hoult
Executive Vice President of Revenue Development
With responsibility for developing new business channels and revenue streams, Mr. Hoult has extensive experience in building strategic partnerships and evaluating acquisition opportunities. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development for Overture (now a wholly owned subsidiary of Yahoo) where he brokered distribution deals with Verisign, Yahoo, NetZero, Ask Jeeves, and multiple-domain channel partners. Before Overture, he spent four years with The Learning Company in Sales and Marketing where he was responsible for software sales and promotion across multiple retail channels. His 18 years of Sales and Marketing experience in retail, software, and Internet services bring a vast network of partners to Banks.com, Inc..
Kimberly O'Donnell
Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services
Ms. O'Donnell has over 18 years of sales and recruiting experience in various industry verticals including financial services, insurance, healthcare and IT. Prior to co-founding InterSearch Corporate Services, she successfully started, managed and grew two offices for a national insurance recruiting firm. She went on to become a key recruiter for the Western Region of a national financial and professional services consulting firm. Ms. O'Donnell is now responsible for all company wide corporate recruiting and Human Resource functions, as well as the operation of InterSearch Corporate Services, a Banks.com, Inc. company.
