A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. O'Donnell possesses a solid track record for starting and developing high value organizations. In previous endeavors, Mr. O'Donnell successfully built and managed financial and professional services firms as well as co-founded Walnut Ventures, now a BANKS.com, Inc. portfolio company.
Frank McPartland
Vice-Chairman; Director; Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee Member
Mr. McPartland has successfully merged or acquired dozens of companies in the securities industry and has held numerous direct management roles. His oversight of operations at Invest Financial Corporation directly led to the firm's growth of over 800% within three years, with annual sales growing from $300 million to over $2.5 billion. Mr. McPartland also founded the first independent New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) clearing firm in 1976. Among the clearing firms that still utilize Mr. McPartland's pioneering pricing model are Fidelity Investments, National Financial Division, Bank of New York's Pershing subsidiary, ADP Clearing, Wachovia's First Clearing division, Legent Clearing and Merrill Lynch's clearing subsidiary Broadcourt. Currently Mr. McPartland is part of an investor group, led by Ric Duques, former Chairman and CEO of First Data Corporation, that acquired Legent Clearing in February 2005.
Lawrence J. Gibson

Mr. Gibson is President of Gibson Consulting which focuses on assisting senior management within small to mid size companies in refining growth strategies, aligning compensation systems and developing performance metrics to create clear accountability. Past company experiences include a position as Senior Vice President of Human Resources - Quality Management and Information Technology at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Vice President - Human Resources and Training at Motorola, Inc. with global responsibility for its data communications and networking group.
Charles K. Dargan, II
Director; Chair of Audit Committee; Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee Member
Mr. Dargan is the founder and principal of CFO 911, a company with broad and deep operational and managerial expertise in accounting and finance, as well as capital markets expertise in financing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dargan has extensive experience in public and private companies and has served in both financial (CFO) and operational (EVP Operations) capacities. Further, Mr. Dargan began his finance career in investment banking with Drexel Burnham Lambert and later became Managing Director of two regional firms, including The Seidler Companies. Additionally he has raised capital and advised numerous private and public companies in corporate accounting and finance. Mr. Dargan holds MBA and MS Finance degrees from the University of Southern California and an AB in Government from Dartmouth. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Public Accountant and also holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 Securities licenses.
