Ordinarily I’d be doing a happy feet dance with all the good news about real estate right now. But honestly I’m just feeling battered from this last year and don’t want to get my hopes up - only to be dashed after the summer surge and things slow again. My one big hope is that it’s not just positive housing numbers, but other news about the stock market and talking heads talking about being at the bottom and the climb up beginning.
