The Puzzle of Social Networking

When I discovered the Google Feed Reader a year or so ago, I was quite excited that I no longer had to visit all of my favorite sites every day to find new posts.  Then I found Twitter and now keep up with my blogging buddies there.  Is it just me or have I noticed a decline in blogging since Twitter has grown so popular?

Did I say blog?  There’s LiveJournal, WordPress, Blogger, TypePad, Active Rain (for Realtors),

We look at our pictures on Flickr and Photobucket, but edit them on Picnik.

crossword.jpgI keep an eye on my kids using MySpace, the grandfather of finding people.  In fact, I was invited to my first high school reunion in decades (my secret is just how many decades!) when one of the organizers found me on MySpace.  I also pop in at Facebook sometimes.  Another popular networking site is Linked In, but it’s for professional networking.

We have YouTube for videos, Animoto for awesomely animated slideshows, and dozens more sites for our moving images.

We have GPS, cell phones, house phones, satellite TV, cable TV, a ton of radio stations, iPods, MP3 players, CDs, and just much much more!!!  All of this so we can communicate.

And yet with all these tools at our fingertips, sometimes sleep overcomes the best of intentions.  We are pulled back to the basics of meeting the demands of our bodies and brains.  Isn’t the brain the best tool of all?  There are many ways to boost your brain power.   One of the best is working crossword puzzles.

To that end, let us all increase our brain power by seeing how many real estate terms you recognize in this Real Estate Cross Word Puzzle.  Good luck!
