Do you need to Stay Clear of Credit Cards?
Are you the type of person who will get in trouble just by looking at a credit card? If so, you need to follow this advice: stay clear of them. Why would you want to risk causing problems for yourself when you don’t have to? Believe it or not, credit cards can be very tempting. In other words, you will stay away for a long period of time but find yourself going back for more in no time at all. You need to have the willpower to stay away now and into the future.
Why would somebody want to keep credit cards out of their life? The reason is simple: they cannot control their spending. When you buy with cash you only have so much. Sure, you can still waste money but the fact of the matter remains that you only have what you have. With a credit card this is not the case. Instead of buying with your own money you are borrowing from somebody else. In turn, you can spend what you don’t have. Soon enough this can lead to financial troubles that can really turn your life upside down.
If credit cards have caused you trouble in the past, stay away for the time being. If you know you are not responsible enough to carry plastic, once again, keep away until something changes.
You don’t have to carry a credit card – there is no rule for this. If you don’t want to use credit you don’t have to. Instead, stick to spending your cash and save credit cards for a later date.
